We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 45 days from your original purchase date. Do remember to mail back your returns within the timeframe and it fulfils the following conditions as below:
● Returned items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging.
● Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
● Clearance items cannot be returned for a refund, however, an exchange is acceptable
● Towels and socks are not eligible for exchanges/returns for hygiene purposes.
● AirMesh Boxers can only be returned/exchanged if the packaging remains unopened.
● Free gifts are not eligible for return/exchange.
* Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

Exchange & Return instructions:
You will be able to exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 45 days of the original purchase date.* Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.
● Fill out your order number and Zip Code.
● For refunds, select your preferred options when prompted. For exchanges, select the item(s) you’d like to exchange and specify the reason(s). If your desired item(s) isn’t listed in our options, click the ‘Shop Now’ button and navigate to your specific item(s) from there.
● Once complete, click 'Continue with Return'.
● A label will be sent to your email. Print the label and attach it to your item parcel, then post the item(s) you wish to exchange/return within 10 days.
● Once your item(s) is inspected by our warehouse, you will be refunded (via original payment method or store credit) within 2 business days. For exchanges, a new order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Exchanges Handling Fee - $0.00
Refund Handling Fee - $9.99
Please be informed that a $9.99 handling fee will be charged for refund returns. The amount will be deducted from the refunds to the original form of payment. Alternatively, should you choose to return an item for store credit, the handling fee will be waived. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued in a new gift card.

Exchange & Returns instructions:

● The return address will be at the end of the form depending on which warehouse you would like to return to.
● Please be informed that no prepaid label will be provided. You will have to arrange to send the returns parcel back at your own cost. We will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
● Once your item(s) is inspected by our warehouse, you will be refunded (via original payment method or store credit) within 2 business days. For exchanges, a new order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
